We will do our utmost to help you
plan your sightseeing in the region to ensure that your visit is filled
with activities suited to your tastes and expectations.
Téranga is a 10 minute walk from the
old village centre of Pradines hidden in a loop of the river Lot. You can
discover the area’s vegetation, visit its small Roman churches and explore
ten kilometer’s of paths along the river’s green banks.

If you want to get up and go the
immediate area offers several activities.
The thrill of adventure high up in
the tree tops awaits you and your family at Cap-Nature in Pradines with
its numerous excursions among the trees suitable for every age. There is
water skiing close by, too, and at Douelle, just 5 km away, you can do
paragliding and hang-gliding with Vol Libre
Cadurcien.

There is more than enough to keep
you busy here. Trekkers can explore the area’s walking paths ,GR 35, GR

you can take advantage of the Lot and the Celé rivers to go fishing,
canoeing or kayaking. You can even go on a lazy river cruise and discover
the Lot’s extensive system of locks. There are so
many things to do in the Lot !

And don’t forget the region’s
gastronomical delights ! What is the secret here? An art de vivre
combined with the area’s exceptional produce: Quercy lamb straight from
the farm, little round cabécous goat cheeses (nowadays simply called
Rocamadour), sweet Quercy melons, walnuts, truffles, foie gras, and
luxurious saffron.
